In a five-day journey and through immersive experiences, we will explore the flavors of the Coast, Andes, and Jungle, discovering surprising preparations while also delving into the city’s exciting new and experimental world of wine and spirits, where we’ll experience everything from boutique Pisco tastings to the city’s exciting new wave of natural potatoe wines and purple corn whisky cocktails.
